Tuxedoes - Better with suspenders or vests? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I am a gal who loves men in a tuxedo but even though it is good either way wearing vest, suspenders, or cummerbund, I love a man with suspenders(usually if they are black) because it gives a man style and class!! Vests are fine but only if they have ties not like bow ties but ties like the ones men work with in a suit they are not bow ties but it's like the ones in regular suits!! Which do you all prefer??

I like either one. It's so rare to see a man dress up these days so either one is good for me.

I'm not wild over suspenders. Reminds me too much of Santa Claus or Larry King.

For formal affairs, such as when my husband's children were married, he wore a cumberbund.
