Anybody Got Any Jackson 5 Albums? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I used to have some when i was little but i lost them all. I used to have ABC, Third Album, Goin Back To Indiana, Maybe Tomorrow, Looking Through The Windows, Moving Violation. My father has their albums Destiny, The Jacksons(this album came out in 76), Triumph when they called themselves The Jacksons when Jermaine left the group & Randy replaced him. I used to have their last album they did when they were all together called Victory. That's a good album. State Of Shock with Mick Jagger, Body, Torture, One More Chance were their biggest hits off that album. Did anybody go to their Victory tour in 84? My brother & i were supposed to go to that tour that was gonna be at the old Cleveland Browns stadium but we never went. I was pissed too cause The Jacksons were hot at that time & i wanted to see them.

LOL... I got Destiny and Victory, but technically it isn't a Jackson 5 album, it's by The Jacksons.

Rapper David Banner sampled Destiny song for his Caddilac On 22's song. The Jacksons stuff has been sampled a lot. I heard a mixtape that has a Jay-Z song on it where he rhymes over The Jacksons Give It Up beat. Give It Up song is on their Triumph album. Jay-Z also sampled The Jackson 5's I Want U Back song for his Hova(IZZO) song. Ghostface Killah of Wu Tang Clan sampled The Jackson 5's Maybe Tomorrow song for his All That I Got Is You song with Mary J Blige. Ghostface's song is so sad. He talks about how he grew up poor on that song. Maybe Tomorrow song is kinda sad too.

and I have Diana Ross Presents The Jackson Five on record.

Naughty By Nature also sampled ABC for their OPP song. I remember when i was a kid, i used to collect Jackson 5 stickers out of the Corn Flakes cereal box LOL. I also had The Jacksons Triumph album cover poster when i was a kid & i had a Michael Jackson with ET poster. Remember the movie E.T.? Michael & The Jacksons were on top of the world back then.

I had Triumph on tape as a kid and loved it, but I got rid of all my cassettes about 9 or 10 years ago. Wouldn't mind getting it on cd.

Triumph is a great album. My favorite songs on there are Can U Feel It, Lovely One, Your Ways, Walk Right Now, Give It Up, Wondering Who, Heartbreak Hotel. I used to have that album on cd. My father has the album.

I don't have any albums, but our marching band show this year was 5 Jackson 5/Michael Jackson songs.
