How do I post the choose thing?

What I mean is like this thing that MonarC posted:

How many people do u think will die
You have already voted on this poll.

Thats called a poll. Before you click submit thread go up a little bit and will say Post a pole. Click the check boxs and a screen will come up with information like what is the quiestion what are the options to pick from. Hope this helps
