Post I have an idea why FOL is not on this summer

It's Unreality summer. As we all know FOL is very real,so that doesn't qualify it. Brady Bunch and others are very "unreal". Therefor, that qualifies them. Do you see what I'm saying!? FOL is being punished for being REAL!

Anyway, it's something to go on.

Thumbs down

Nah- no excuse for N@N's crap. Even if they don't think it fits into the marathon, they could at least show FOL during a later time slot after the marathons are over each night- say like after 1 am. Geez, I have been watching N@N for years and this is the first time I have seen them exclude a show that they've been airing for less than a year completely from their summer line-up.

I honestly don't see why it should be excluded from this summer's programming. It's just as un-real as DF. I've also heard that it might not be returning to N@N at all, so I think they just want to get rid of it now, in order to make way for more Nicktoons, etc...

Gilligan's Island is a close second.

A bunch of girls from Peekskill singing "You Wear It Well" with none other than El DeBarge... Nope, it can't be real.

You know, Max may have a point there, even though it isn't real real. I mean the name of the show is THE FACTS OF LIFE. Isn't everything suppose to be true and real??? FACTS of life. If it goes on the un-re-al-thon or whatever it is called, it may give the young audiences the idea that the FACTS of life is not REAL FACTS and they may take it as a joke everytime one of those boxes pop up. KEYWORD: FACTS: Facts, accurate, concise, and true: (he he I remmebered that and JO didn't!!)

LOL, I agree. There are plenty of unreal sitcom moments on the Facts of Life. Blair and Jo getting handcuffed together would be another one, but there are numerous others.

Well, even if it's not real- they can include it somewhere during one of their time slots- marathon or not.

Oh....the thing about Gilligan's Island is that there are only about 99 or 100 episodes altogether- I like it but it certainly does get tiresome seeing the same eps over and over. (I haven't been watching it lately though...) But FOL has 209 eps, and N@N never did show most of the controversial eps. So honestly I think that FOL should definitely have more priority over GI....GI has been on longer.

But about the time FOL came on at 9 to 10 PM,
GI was moved to after midnight after 5-6 monthes on NAN. But I understand the episode thing. They had 3 seasons, 98 episodes, whcih is about 4-5 seasons today. Evil CBS! They had to replace it with Gunsmoke, whcih, because fans were angry, they kept and took off their hit, Gilligan's Island, and another show. Sorry, got a little off topic!
