Thumbs down Joss is destroying the Buffy world

Since season 6 he has gone down hill in writing for the Buffy world. When he killed Tara, I thought that was a little extreme. When he killed Anya, I thought that was too much and a lot out of line. But when he killed off Cordelia last night in Angel that was too much. Why wont he kill the stupid characters like Xander, Oz, or Riley, why does he have to pick on the good characters? Who will he kill next - Giles, Willow, or Buffy for real this time if he does? It's getting stupid.

Tara was originally supposed to come back for Buffy's 7th season but contract negotiations with Fox fell through. It's a shame because I really liked her. It was sad watching that episode when she died.

I just started getting into this series a few weeks ago. I think it's a cool show. I've started renting the season sets from Netflix and I have finished watching the first season and started on the 2nd. The first season was so different compared to episodes from the 5th season up.

Season 6 is the season you should see, if you haven't. It's my favorite because it's more darker than the earlier years.

I remember Joss saying something to the effect of "I want to keep things interesting and give you the feeling that no-one is safe." Well, the first couple of times he killed off a beloved character, yeah, there was that shock. But now it's just getting annoying. It's almost like, "Who's he got it in for this season?" You're right, it is starting to get stupid.

If Sarah Michelle Geller leaves, Buffy goes with her and the other cast!! But Sarah stated that it was better to end on top than as they say in the tv and/or entertainment world "wear out your welcome!!" and wanted a film career!! But if they would not be a seventh season, they could had a spin-off like Angel has!!

What does that got to do with this thread? This is about Joss killing off the main and great characters. Stick to the topic of this thread.

exactly, we all know Buffy is over now. However, by Joss killing Cordelia, it's still destroying the Buffyverse since she was part of the show since day one.
