"In Search Of My Parents"

Christa Davis (Lindsay Lohan) is a teenager who was adopted soon after her birth. Now, after being told she was adopted for the first time, Christa wants to find her birthparents. Now, turning 18 years old, Christa demands to find her birth parents against her adopted parents's wishes. She puts off college until she finds them.

Season One Episodes:

Ep1: The Finding Out:
Christa's so-called parents, Allen and Janice (Stephen Collins, Patricia Richardson) tell her that she was adopted. Christa freaks and is surprised by the new news to her.

Ep2: The Wanting:
Christa asks her adopted parents who her real parents are. They don't know and don't think she should even bother with finding out. Christa gets angry when they forbid her to seek information about her birthparents.

Ep3: Eighteenth Birthday:
Christa turns 18 years old and decides to sneak away from her 18th birthday party and pack her belongings. Christa tells her parents she is leaving and is gonna find her real parents.

Ep4: What About College:
Christa decides to blow off college, at least until she has found her real parents. Christa recieves helpful information about her real parents. Christa decides to take a road trip to Buffalo, New York to find her birthmom.

Ep5: Asking Of A Relative:
Christa decides to ask her "fake" aunt Sarah (Joan Cusack) to accompany her on her road trip. Sarah goes along with her "fake" niece. Sarah and Christa leave Pittsburgh and leave for Buffalo.

Ep6: Now, Entering New York:
Christa and Sarah enter the state of New York, they befriend and help old lady (Doris Roberts) in the streets of New York City. The two help the old lady find her lost grandson.

Ep7: The Revealing Of A Name Or Two:
Christa receives a letter stating Christa's birthmom's and birthdad's names: Lisa Burke and Scott Lincson. Sarah meets an art dealer, Tom (John Stamos). Tom asks Sarah out on a date, she accepts it.

Ep8: Bumping Into My Dad:
While Sarah and Tom are at the movies, Christa decides to go meet her dad, Scott. Christa accidently "bumps" into Scott (Bruce Willis) on the street, while picking up his now-opened wallet, she glances at the name only to find out that this man was her father.

Ep9: The Uncommited Father:
Scott tells Christa he's sorry for not being there for her, but he also mentions he has fathered six other children from six other women. Scott tells Christa he will give her money and whatever else she wants/needs, but he can't become a father figure due to the lack of committment he has.

Ep10: Cancelling Credit Cards:
Christa's credit card turns out to be cancelled ever since her "fake" parents found out she took Sarah along with her. Sarah soon tells Christa she has fell in love with Tom and can't leave him behind. Christa, still being upset from not being wanted by Scott, agrees to let Sarah return to her new boyfriend.

Ep11: Here In Buffalo:
Christa enters Buffalo, NY. She goes to her birthmom's address. Christa meets her birthmom, Lisa (rita wilson). Lisa invites Christa into her home. Lisa apologizes to her daughter for giving her up, but Christa asks Lisa to not worry about the past and that Christa needs a mom right now. Lisa lets Christa move in with her and stay with her for a while. Lisa and Christa develop a strong mother-daughter bond within a two-day period, that bond was 20 times stronger than Christa ever had with her "fake" mom, Janice.

Good Ending?

Rita Wilson and Lindsay Lohan would make a great mother-daughter team, wouldn't you agree???
