Post Maybe TNN?

If N@N is taking Facts of Life out maybe it's moving to TNN this August or September? The Wonder Years and Taxi are on TNN and they are both leaving since they are headed elsewhere. (Wonder Years to Fox Family this Fall and Taxi to TVLand in November)

So maybe Facts of Life and who knows maybe ALF, since it seems Odyssey will get rid of it when they change their name in August and add Bewitched, Jeannie and Funniest Home Videos to the 3-8PM lineup. So maybe this August or September we will see FOL and ALF on TNN! This is just my thoughts though.

Maybe for TNN:
9AM Waltons
10-11AM WKRP
11AM-12PM Newhart
12-1PM ALF
1-2PM FOL
2-3PM Rockford Files
3-4PM Picket Fences
4-6PM MOVIE
6-7PM ALF
7-8PM FOL
8PM-9PM Miami Vice
9-11 WWK/Movies/etc
11PM Martial Law
12AM Miami Vice
1AM Starsky & Hutch
2AM Dukes of Hazzard

Sound good? With TNN airing the show, all the FOL episodes will air probably!

On April 24, 2008, Dana and I are to meet in LA and handcuff ourselves to Nancy McKeon [Jinny Dearest] and Jay Harrington [Teddy Dearest], and you're not. Hahaha!

Teddy: Be honest with me, not my parents!
Jinny: All right, fine. You want honesty? Why don't you let me tell you a little bit about my family? See, I never really had a birthday party unless of course you wanna count my 15th, when my father showed up for cake, plastered in his underwear! Oh... yeah, by the way, my mom couldn't make it that year either because, well, sadly, six months earlier she BLEW HER BRAINS OUT!!!!!
Teddy: Jinny, my God.
Jinny: As for my brother, ugh... yeah, John... see, he just doesn't like you unless your American, white, and straight... and for me... a few weeks ago when uh... I had that nut case after me... yeah, I had to make a little list, of all the guys that I've slept with in the last two years. I couldn't remember some of their names.
Teddy: Stop.
Jinny: Ya know what? THIS IS WHO I AM, THIS IS MY FAMILY!!!! Come on, it's your turn. You go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter.

Actually it can happen if N@N doesn't want it, since TNN/N@N/TVLand are ALL part of Viacom. This is why Wonder Years, Newhart, Taxi and WKRP all left N@N earlier this year to TNN. Taxi will be leaving TNN and going to another Viacom channel TVLand this November.
So there is a good chance TNN can show this show! It all depends on what N@N has plans for it though...

TNN is my hero for showing Star Trek. So I trust them to have good enough taste to show Facts of Life. I'll never trust N@N again! Can you believe N@N used to be my fav and TNN used to be my worst? NEVER AGAIN!

It seems in the last year or two N@N and TNN have switched places. If FOL and ALF go to TNN, then all I'll have to watch N@N for is All in the Family and the Jeffersons.

I can't imagine N@N getting rid of FOL altogether - it would fit very nicely into their 80s theme they seem to have planned for the fall. I too am shocked that it isn't on their summer schedule, but I am sure it will reappear soon!

Ahhhem.....And Gilligan's Island. It has the same fate as FOL. It aires on Fri.-Sat. at 2:00 AM! Anyway, I can see why ALF should go there. I have Odyessy, and I heard some humors it may not stay there, due to the new Hallmark Channel.

Same here. I agree 100%. Don't count on TNN picking it up--now Laverne and Shirley is another story in my opinion.

Other than FOL, those are the only shows I also watch on N@N, too. The Brady Bunch, Three's Company, and the other shows on N@N--I just don't bother watching them. I'm tired of them.

I also was surprised that FOL is being taken off the air for the summer, but I'm hopeful that it will return in the fall. But if worse comes to worse, and TNN does pick FOL up, that's not so bad. At least the show won't dissapear from cable entirely.

So true, but it's a step in the right direction compared to viewer's comments that were popping up a while back. FOL should be on this summer as it hasn't even been a year since Nick picked it up. What a waste of money not to air it.

I'd disagree with that. At least the comments went away where the black bar cuts off the screen and stays throughout the whole program. I remember watching an episode of the Wonder Years and seeing Josh Saviano waving on the beginning with no name underneath. That stupid black bar cut off the credits! Oh well--at least the shows are still shown.
