Default Opening scene for the first episode

Hi everybody.

I was wondering, does anyone know the first scene of the Pilot episode?
Is it Maggie humming the tune to Who's The Boss in the kitchen with Ben and Carol eating breakfast, or is it Ben asking why Maggie had to go back to work?

Thanks

I believe that the opening scene is with Maggie in the kitchen with Ben and Carol eating breakfast.

I think the episode you're referring to is: Home Schooling from Season 6.

If the opening scene is with Maggie, Carol and Ben in the kitchen, then where does the scene involving Ben and Maggie take place, because I have a copy that does not have that one.

Thanks

I must support Jen1982 in this. The scene with Maggie and Ben takes place at the end of an episode during the first season. It had to be early because Ben was so young when the scene took place. It seems like the opening scene did take place in the kitchen though.

It is wild that nobody who watches the show can remember the opening scene though!!

Nope, that's from the first episode. Infact, they flashed back to this on one or two occassions.

Maggie goes back to work as a journalist, prompting psychologist Jason to move his office into their home so he can keep his eye on the kids. Things don't get off to a great start: the first night he gets a call from the police that Mike has been picked up for illegally driving a car.

---That's tvtome's summary of the Pilot.

So Ben did ask her about going back to work. I'm thinking that the kids were eating breakfast and they go off to school and Ben stays behind and asks Maggie about going back to work...but I haven't seen the episode in years so I maybe a little off. I do know that they're talk is in the kitchen so it would make sense for them to talk right after they're done eating breakfast.

The first shot is them eating breakfast though...that I'm sure of.

You're wrong. First Maggie is humming, then Jason walks in, then Mike walks in, then you see Ben and Carol eating breakfeast.
