I love Don Messick and was so very sad when he died.
Sometime Don Messick (as Scooby) would say Shaggy and sometimes he would say Raggy. But it didn't matter to me how he said it because he had such a wonderful voice. I will NEVER forget him!

I prefer Don Messick,because he was like Mel Blanc,Paul Winchell,
Daws Butler and other cartoon greats.

Scott Inness did a good Scooby,but I liked it when he voiced Scrappy in the "Scooby-Doo" Movie. He's no Don Messick.

As for Frank Welker,you better stick to doing Fred. He's cool!
