I can't kick it. I'm a caffeine addict. If I don't drink it I have a splitting headache and I'm exhausted. Last night, I didn't have any caffeinated Diet...anything...and I ran throughtout the house until I found Coke...I HATE Coke but I drank like a fourth of a bottle JUST for the caffeine. I need help...

I've tried going cold turkey...but I can't!!!!!!

I'll just be a caffeine addict the rest of my life...

I'm the same way only dieting it's hard because I hate DIET pop but I need the caffeine. So I drink Mountain Dew at work and nothing but water any other time.

Do you like coffee? Black coffee doesn't have any calories. That of course is what my mommy told me.

I can't do without caffeine. I tried for like 4 days before a mammogram, couldn't do it. I gotta have it, especially in the morning.

I don't drink nearly as much soda as I do coffee per se, but I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE coffee.

I ABSOLUTELY MUST have my morning coffee or I act like a ditz for the rest of the day.

I managed to kick my caffiene habit, and I thought it would be hard with unbearable headaches. You start out by drinking half cup reg.coffee and half cup decaf, and little by little putting more decaf and less reg. until you can go without reg. without it affecting you. I know decaf isn't as good but I doctor mine up so much, I can't even taste it. I managed to kick my soda habit, too.

I was watching one of those newsshows(I don't remember which one)and it was a story about how much caffeine we consume, and they followed a man who was a cook in a restaurant, and he was constantly drinking coffee thoughout the day. They figured out that he consumed roughly 75 cups of coffee!! Actually, I think they exaggerated, because my cousin told me he drinks about 10 cups a day at his job, and I even think that's alot.

Oops, Double post. Didn't see that till today.

Starbucks is good, Had some Hazelnut coffee this morning.

I hate black coffee, I like mine with cream and two sweet-n-lows or two splendas.

I hate coffee and Im not addicted to Coke. I try to limit myself to a cup or a can a day, but usually I dont even have any.

Just kidding, of course. I guess it was the power of suggestion and all this talk about coffee. Here I am writing about kicking my caffeine habit. I was out running errands and had to stop for gas, and stopped at Circle K(for those not familiar, it's a C-store here in the south). I do like their coffee(along with 7-11's), and I love their cinnamon coffee, so I got a 24 ouncer, and drank it all up. I still kicked my habit but sometimes, like today, I do get a taste for it, especially when I smell it being brewed in the store.

I know alot of you like Starbucks, but I'm sorry, I can't see paying $4 for coffee.

The first thing I do when I get home from school is get a soda. One time we ran out of it and I got a headache, that's when I figured out I'm an addict too. LMAO
