I wanna know how do actors, singers, rappers, athletes get paid. Do actors & athletes get paid once a month or twice a month? I've heard that actors get paid on the spot once they're done filming a movie or once a tv episode is done filming. Is that true? Do actors & athletes get retirement pensions once their careers are over? Do actors get paid when their tv show or movies get played a lot on tv? I've heard that actors that appear on tv shows get checks when a tv network shows reruns of their show. If a singer or rapper's albums don't sell, how do they get paid or do they make most of their money from doing concerts? I heard that singers & rappers make most of their money from concerts. Singers & rappers also get paid when their songs get sampled by another artist so that's extra money.

I know that television actors are paid if their shows come back on in reruns but only if it is written in their contract. I'm pretty sure they get retirement pensions also. Some of them don't invest their money properly or are given bad financial advice which is why they end up broke. I don't know how often they are paid though. I've read that the big movie actors like Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford etc are paid before they even make the movie regardless of how well it does at the box office.
