Episode 92 Hard Cover

I notice that when Fonzie & Rich are trapped in the dorm, Rich suggests escaping through the window & says that it's a long way down, & would need a few sheets to climb down. Then later, Potsie & Ralph come into the same window for their panty raid. Rich & Fonz exit that same window without any hitch. My question is, how did they get out of the window without getting hurt? Is it an oversight on the part of the writers? Just wondering.

When potsy and Ralph come through the window for the panty raid they come WITH a LADDER so Richie and Fonz just escape like that!
