IMO, it looked totally set up. And, it was only shown for like, half a second, but I couldve sworn her nipple was covered with diamonds of some sort. Looked very sparkly.

I found a picture on, believe it or not, Yahoo! News. It looks like a no-no shot to me. She does look like she has nipple jewelry on (or something sparkly), but you can at least see quite a bit of her areola. That goes against FCC standards.
