Default Y&R's Jill and Christine

Jill Abbott sure seems to have a lot of enemies.Katherine Chancellor is perhaps her most famous enemy of all time.Inspite of their recent discovery of how Katherine just so happens to be Jill's biological mother.I know that Jill and Nena couldn't stand eachother either.Christine appears to be a slightly different story.Rarely do you see Jill and Christine interact with eachother, but from what I've read about storylines from the past,Jill seemed to like Christine somehow. It's not quite Jill's nature to really get along with anybody, but it sounds as if she would have been happier with the idea of Chris being her daughter-in-law,not Nena.I could be wrong.I've never seen Jill interact with Danny Romalotti either.

I don't think Christine, has too many scenes, with female characters.

The only reason LLB is front-burner is because her daddy owns the show, and putting her up against an actress of Jess Walton's calibre, you would notice just how much LLB cannot act.

Christine's stories usually involve some men falling for her. ie. Paul, Danny, Phillip, Michael, her half-brother Scott, etc.

I have to disagree. I think Lauralee does have a good acting ability. Maybe not the best on the show, but she can act. If you watch any court or law related scene, she could really pass as a lawyer. I think she came across as very professional at Victor's trial last week. All of her scenes are not just relationships.

I agree.
...With HuntingtonM15. I think she is a pretty good actress! My only problem with her was that she was Jabot's top model for a while there, and I thought there were plenty of other women on Y&R who looked more like models than she did.

I agree. I actually think she is prettier now than she was in her modeling days.

We'll just have to agree to disagree.

I do remember her when she first came on as a teen model. That was around the time, I first tuned in to the show.

LLB has always been my complaint about this show.

I never liked her character, but don't hate the actress. I do hate the preferential treatment she gets, like getting to take over a year long maternity leave.

Well, that's obviously expected. Almost anyone would do that for their kids. It's not like they are going to tell their daughter, "Too bad, either come back to the show or you're out." No, they are going to treat her like their daughter. She just happens to have that advantage.
