Does anyone know where this quote comes from:?

The second quote comes from the episode 3-2-1. It is one of my favorites. The first quote comes from an episode when Jo is losing her scholarship to go to Eastland, and Blair's family scholarship is her only chance to stay. I know the episode well, but can't think of the name of it right now.
