William john wood (aka) max carson, former toledo police officer who disguised himself as a free style movie producer in las vegas, he lured this model into a motel room with the promise of a photo shoot promo for a movie then he raped her, he was in wanted posters on the post office wall for awhile, does anyone know if he was ever caught?

I recall from a rerun that there was a text, saying to the effect that he was captured in 1997 or 1998. I've been trying to search the web for more info, but, so far, to no avail.
