How are you going to honor Freddie's memory??? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I know we ask and answer this question every year, but what are your plans for this years memorial???

I just found out that our school has off again tomorrow (this has been all week now and I am going out of my mine, but I have been writing gang! LOL)

I decided since I have off, that I am going to spend the day in a Freddie marathon. I will watch many of his shows, the Mike Douglas tapes, the TOAD tape and then finish off the day with the MDR. I haven't done this in a long time. My hubby and my daughter will just have to understand. I wanted to honor his talent this year. I know he wants us to remember that about him.

I've started already, since I've always thought of Jan 27 - 29 as the Freddie Memorial Zone. I have a candle lit in my room for him, I've been working on my new Freddie scrapbook, and I listen a lot to the tribute CDs. If the weather holds, I'm hoping to go to Mass first thing tomorrow and pray for him -- but I also want to watch some tapes and laugh at CATM, as I've recently learned to do again. I've also given myself permission to skip choir practice tomorrow night.

Well unfortunately i have to work tomorrow...so i will light a candle for him as well as for the other memorial i have that day and in the evening i am going to write my fingers off. (fan fiction that is)

I've been steady thinking of Freddie today knowing that tomorrow is "the" day.

I am trying to make something for him but, it's not coming out the way I want it to come out. I'll post it later on tonight. It's from my heart though.

Tomorrow I will light a candle in remembrance of him.

Well this a day I dread personally, but I think helps to know that there are others out there thinking along the same lines. I have two things to share right quick though.

First off, I'm watching TV as I'm typing this and just so happen to have VH1 going and who do i hear, but Super Mexicano, Chico Rodriguez! LOL If you haven't heard, there is a new show coming on VH1 called TV Race Riot and it will talk about some of the funnier race related moments in TV history. Here;s alink to the site about it.

Hello, guys!
I've had very little access to a computor lately, but somehow I managed today, because I really wanted to post a tribute to our Freddie!
He was truly one in a million and he brightened the world with his talent, even though it was for such a short time! But his memory will continue live on through his work and his many fans who will not forget him!
I love all the tributes; they are beautiful!
