I OWN this movie.
I watch it when I'm sick and need to laugh. |

Saw both "The Brady Bunch Movie" and "A Very Brady Sequel"...
Both were great!! (The American Film Institute certainly missed the boat in compiling their 100 greatest movies list). How they left these out and included "Tootsie" is beyond me I love the cameos that the original cast made, especially Barry Williams' and Chris Knight's scenes... I wonder how many times they had to shoot the scene where the new Greg plays the guitar and sings that "Clowns Never Laughed Before" to Barry (who played a record producer). Barry: "Clowns?...beanstalks?... what the hell IS this?" Hysterical (evern though that may have been from the first movie, not the sequel). I also thought it was great to have all of those references to plots from the original series...how many references WERE there? And when Greg and Marcia ended up sharing the attic room...wow! Both movies were great though...definite "Must owns"!!! |

I was looking into renting them, being a big Brady fan. Reading the reviews you are giving it sounds funny. Are all the Brady kids in both?

I remember he starred in a drama series in the mid-80s called "Nightcalls" or "Nightcaller"...he played a radio talk show host who had a night time show and would often get involved in things that were happening to the people who called into the show...I liked that series when it was on, but I don't think it lasted too long... I thought that Cole had Mike's part down absolutely perfectly...there were times that if you closed your eyes and listened to him deliver his dialogue, he sounded exactly like Robert Reed...an amazing performance. The kids who played the Brady kids were great too...great job of casting...I'm sure they all had an absolute blast making those movies... And Colonel Juke N Jive, if you like the original series, you can't go wrong getting them both on video or DVD...in fact, I'd say don't even waste any money on rentals...just buy 'em...you won't regret it. |

Gary Cole (Mike Brady) was also in the movie Office Space. He played Lumberg, the boss.
