Does anyone know how tall Wally was? I'd say he was around 5'9" or 5'10".

I'd say 5'9. He never did look very tall.

I have no idea how tall he is, but I agree that he doesn't look too tall.

I went to the AFTRA/SAG/AEA site, and under the listing for Tony Dow, the height field is empty.

Wally looked pretty short. I would guess that he was around 5'7'' or 5'8''. Did anyone notice that there were shots where Eddie seemed 2 to 3 inches taller than Wally and sometimes they appeared around the same height? It seemed as though the director did not Wally to look shorter than he actually was, fearing that it might detract from his All-American appeal.

He seems average. Not too short or not too tall. My guess would be 5'9".

Guess I will just pick up Wally, and carrry him around in my pocket!

I remember hearing that James Arness from Gunsmoke was so tall that sometimes for a tight shot, they had him walk in a small ditch, so he did not tower above the other actors. In close up shots, the other actors would stand on small boxes.

I think he might be 5'8" even...I'm not sure. Jerry Mathers was on Entertainment Tonight a year ago and he mentioned his height, but I can't remember if he said he was 5'10 or 5'9". Maybe it was 5'10", but I do know that Jerry is a little bit taller than Tony Dow.

People tend to shrink a bit after they are in their 20s, so both were probably at least an inch taller so many years ago.
