Jo's the bomb, to get the cactus picture or any other like that into your post, click on the following link:

A new window should open up automatically.

Next, click on any of the links on the left hand side of Crack's Smilies webpage. I think that for the cactus picture, I clicked directly on "Cactus Kaos" - which is found right under the heading Kaos. After the screen loads, the cactus picture should then show up, among a few others. The cactus that shoots the laser thing should be the third one down on your computer screen. Next, you need to do a copy & paste: Just highlight the URL code directly next to the picture, click on "copy" under "Edit" on the menu bar at the top of your window, and then go back to the window where you have FOL @ Sitcoms Online opened up. Paste that code directly into your message. It's probably simplier to do than the way I am trying to explain it.
