I'm getting a washer & dryer :) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

So this post is for the grown ups around here who understand how horrible it is to go to the laundrymat. I work full time and my daughter has to wear a uniform to school so it's really hard to have to make time (as well as expensive) to go to the laundrymat to wash clothes. For the last year I've been renting a washer/dryer from Rent a Center for $31 a week which is insanely expensive and hard to keep up with. Well today I had them come and take it away because I couldn't afford it. Instead I'm getting a brand new unit from Sears that is all my own....for $24 a month. Go me.

I know it seems silly to be so excited over this but I really am

I won't have anything here for a week to do laundry but it will be worth it when my new one is delivered

Did you get a Kenmore?... Sears is known for good washers and dryers.

Yep they are Kenmores

I've never owned anything like this other than my car

That's cool. It's much more convenient to be able to just throw something in the wash whenever you need to. Packing everything up and spending half the day in the laundromat is a pain.

I can't imagine life w/o a washing machine/dryer in my house. I'm gonna be a wreck in college....

our dryer fell off the washer and now both are broke..and they just got them like 3 months ago for mad money. doesn't that suck.

not having a washer and dryer is bad , i wash 4 loads of clothes a day my kids changes so much. geeezzzz
