The boards seem fairly dead today, so what the heck.
So last night we have a few guests over, along with my sister, brother inlaw, and their 2 kids (who are here a lot). So I'm sitting on the couch with a blanket in my hand, and my 6 year old neice decides to play tug-o-war with me using the blanket. So I decide to pull the "let go of it as she pulls harder, resulting in her falling on her butt in front of people" trick. Needless to say, she fell on her butt. It was not a hard fall, just a little kid falling on her butt. She just stairs at me, thinking something like, 'man, he just totally owned me in front of these people'. Then out of nowhere, my mom jumps in saying, "Dustin, you could have hurt her!!" So my neice takes this golden opportunity to start crying, all taking place a good 7-8 seconds after she fell. She gets up, randomly pretending she hurt her wrist (which she didn't fall on), and cries and walks to her gullible mom (my dumb sister), looking for some compassion. I couldn't beleive they fell for it. I was pi$$ed off. /end of rant... |

Kids definitely can be bratty. I'm nowhere near ready to have a kid. You know I'm stocking up on the sponges.

From the Finale - "She bought a whole case of them!" Oohhs and Ahhhs in the courtroom as Bania points at Puddy and laughs (I think)

I actually have a minor phobia of kids, especially when they're on the loose in public. They'll run around the mall and do whatever they want. If they keep bumping into you, what can ya do? If you push them away, you might as well be seen as a murderer. If you tell them to stop, they'll laugh their asses off at you. If they yell at you, what can ya do? Yell back? Yeah right.
I think sugar should be illegal for kids until they're 12. They're nuts. |

Kids need to be slapped around these days. They should get slapped for fake crying, cause that pisses me off more than anything. I'm not talking abuse, I'm just talking a light slap, to let them know you don't buy in to their bulls**t. Maybe just a whack on the butt. Everyone seems so sensitive these days about it. Kids can probably call the cops if their parents touch them, and the parents would go to jail for it.
