Does anybody believe in spirits?

if you have tell your story. i belive in sprits my mom loved roses, my mom past away in oct 2003 and i smell roses alot .its just her way of letting me know she is with me.

I do, the day me and my friend where in a car accident, it could have been so much worse than it was (I still don't know how I didn't fly through the windshied) we both believe that our grandpa's where watching out for us.

I even know a spirit by name! His first name is Jack, and his last name is Daniels. Sorry, just kidding!
I'm kind of open on the whole spirit/ghost thing as I think there must be more than just this carbon-based body we dwell in, I just don't know if we can hang around as spirits among the living.
I've seen and heard a lot of freaky things myself, but I think that those things and things that other people have been through that I have read about or seen on tv usually have a logical and sometimes all-too-simple explanation.
One thing that happened to me took place not long after we had moved into my Aunt's house after she died. I was about 10 or 12 then and was sleeping in a room with one of my brothers on the other side of the room. I had a dream that my Aunt was scolding my brother; pointing a finger at him and giving him a talking to. I woke up with a start, and there right in front of me on the wall was a black figure pointing at my brother across the room. Well, I was naturally pretty freaked out by this, and I froze! I couldn't move or yell or anything, I just kept staring at this figure. After a couple minutes of this I finally decided, well, it's not attacking me or anything, so I moved forward in my bed and went up and touched it. It was cold and smooth, it almost felt like...
...a wall. Of course, it was just the wall, and I looked toward the window to notice the same kind of shadows there as was on the wall. It's amazing what light hitting the trees outside just right can do! That and the tricks a mind can play on a person, especially just coming out of a dream. Of course, I did go get my Mom to come and verify my findings before going back to sleep!
So while I do think that spirits living(I think that's an oxymoron)among us might be possible, I do go into such things with a healthy amount of skepticism.

I don't. But my brother does. When my brother (Jason) died, my other brother (John), was on the phone one time, and he froze. When my grandmother went to see what he was looking at, he said: "I just saw Jason." And a few years ago, my brother John had a dream that him and Jason were playing a game of football. Jason called out "First and Ten." The next day, my brother went to the gas station. He saw a lottery ticket named "First and Ten." He bought one, and won 300 dollars. So, I really don't know what to think.
