Cool When do you think we'll see Wings on DVD?

I have the feeling that it will come out within the next two years. With all the reality shows, short-lived TV shows, and shows that have only been on the air since 1998 that have been released, I'm sure they'll release a few long-running shows from the 80's and 90's soon.

I believe someday it will come out. I check everyday over at TVShowsonDVD.com so if ever there is some news, I'll be sure to post it over here. Hey, "Mad About You" made it. I don't have anything against that show, I just didn't realize it was popular enough to warrent a DVD release.

I would think spring 2005 it could be out.

As far as Mad About You- it was very popular and had great ratings when it aired.

But now, it hardly seems missed or much less warrant a release on DVD before shows that would obviously sell better.

I agree, I think it will be out in the next few years. We are finally getting a Boy Meets World DVD release, I am over the moon about that one, thought it would never happen.

I mean if they can release "My Big Fat Greek Life" on DVD and that show only last what maybe 5 episodes? Then why can't they release Wings which lasted 8 seasons?

Viacom always needs more money, so, yeah, 'Wings' will make it to DVD soon.
Remember how many seasons there are and remember how long it's taking 'The Simpsons'...

Mad About You is one of those shows that I loved when it was on the air, but watching the reruns now just doesn't interest me. I definitely wouldn't buy it on DVD.

I was actually watching the reruns of "Mad About You" for a while. It's on at 11 AM, which was usually when I was having breakfast before I went to school. So last semester I watched it every day. But then once I got through the whole series once, I completely lost interest in it. It's not one of those shows that you can watch all the way through over and over again, like Wings is.

I have to say that my favorite episode is "Paul is Dead". How can you be dead if you're still alive?! It really makes me think, so that's why I like it

I love Helen Hunt, but Mad About You was another show I couldn't get into, although I watched the last episode.

Wings on DVD? I wish I had faith in that like all of you do. I'll believe it when I see it. If it does come out, I'd get it on videotape instead(yes, I know DVD has all the extras), so I can take it on the road and watch it in my truck! I don't have a DVD player in my truck, but I have a TV/VCR combo.

But, of course! Always, always, always. I have seen cars now that have TVs in their front seat, and I'm thinking, "oh, so we don't have ENOUGH things to distract us from doing the actual task of driving, let's put a TV in the front seat of all the cars!" I'm easily irritated when it comes to people who don't pay attention to their driving. In fact, there was a guy today, while running some errands, he was in front of me, driving slow, leaning over to the floorboard on the passenger side, then he was putting cologne on, then when we got to the red light, there were 2 left turn lanes, I was in one, and since he wasn't paying attention, he was in the wrong lane(he wanted to turn left, too), so he got in front of this car when the light was still red. I guess some people think they own the road and they can do what they want.

I'm such an upbeat person!!

haha yeah, I can't stand bad drivers. I get so annoyed when people cut me off at red lights without using their blinkers. some guy just did that to me yesterday. rrrr!

Talk about depessing....I don't mean this disrespectfully to Just Shoot Me fans, but I feel like Brian when he learns that Joe went to Roy for relationship advice, before he went to Brian....."oh come on!"

Whatever happened to David Schramm? He hasn't done anything since Wings has ended.
