Post I heard a rumor...

...that Scrubs will be moving back to Tuesdays sometime soon. They are bringing that Donald Trump thing to Thursday, and Scrubs is moving back to it's Tuesday time slot. I don't know if it's true or not, though.

yes it is true. Look at the Scrubs site at NBC.com the next new episode is on Tuesday after Fraiser. but whats really weird is that the episode is starting at 9:31! I knew that the episodes were getting shorter. grrrr.....

I'm glad. Even though I haven't watched Frasier for years, I still feel that Frasier is a much better compainion shows for Scrubs than Friends and Will & Grace.

They have been doing that for a while on Thurdays if you noticed.
Mostly after Friends it started at 8:32.

The thing is I don't think the episodes are shorter- there is less commercial time.
It appears the episodes are going by so much faster because you are getting more of the meat of the show at once.

I think they do it to give more popular shows like Friends and ER the appearance of being longer.

I think in reality (unless it is a supersized type show) that the shows are just as long as any other.

I don't really care when they show "Scrubs" just as long as they show it. Man, this is a terrific show getting yanked around by the network. It needs to be on regularly!

Yeah I just watched "My Rule of Thumb" and a recent episode of Friends....

Friends: 24 minutes and 30 seconds
Scrubs: 19 Minutes and 40 seconds

so it is shorter.....NBC is CRAP!!!

Exactly!!!

Hey, it was actually ON this past Tuesday. I recorded the show and when I rewound the tape on Wednesday evening I was surprised to see an actual episode of Scrubs and not one of those cheesy reality shows. Next week Michael J. Fox makes an appearance........wonder when it will actually be on.

Those peanut brained network executives need to realize when they have a winner and stop screwing with this show.

I hope they give Scrubs the 9:00 Eastern Tuesday Timeslot next Fall 2004 and not some new comedy to replace Frasier.
