MEDIA MAIL shipping costs??? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was just currious if anyone knew aprox. how much it would be to ship 10 vhs tapes using the media rate. What about 10 DVDs with cases.

I am just trying to get a sort of figure. I am getting ready to move in a few months & I was thinking of shipping all my media prior to moving to get it out of the way. I have several boxes. Aprox 170 dvds & 300 vhs tapes. I was trying to find the most econimical way of sending them because I want to preserve as much space as possible since I will only be taking my car & a small trailer hitch so I am very limited to space. I know you guys have traded lots of material via Media mail & was hoping to get some sort of idea as to what it might cost me to ship my videos & DVDs.

It cost me 10 dollars to ship 10 tapes out of my state. Within my state it cost 5 dollars to ship 10 tapes! I think I did 1 step up from media mail! So...less than that!

Hi,

I shipped about 10 tapes today - +/- 1 or 2 and it was $4.49 via media mail from WA state to CA.
