Sacramento (2)
29-9 Kings fans would argue they've belonged up top all along, and with a five-game win streak, the NBA's best record and most potent offense, Sacto has indeed become the team to beat. 2 Indiana (3) 32-11 Pulled a rare feat last week in knocking off both 2003 Finals contenders in consecutive days: Spurs on Friday, Nets on Saturday. Big Central Divison standoff vs. Detroit tonight. 3 Detroit (5) 29-13 Hottest team in basketball continues to roll, punctuating its 13-game win streak with defeat of Spurs on Monday. At Indy and Minny next, Pistons could put up impressive trifecta. 4 Minnesota (4) 27-12 Another member of the not-so-exclusive group that beat the Spurs last week, Wolves were clicking before getting demolished in Houston. Now hold tenuous grasp on Midwest lead. 5 San Antonio (1) 24-13 A 1-4 week, including a loss at Atlanta, is unacceptable from the No. 1 team. Offense didn't show up against East-powers Pacers and Pistons, and defense failed them against Wolves. |

Sacramento lost to Portland last night in Sacramento surprisingly 109-104 in overtime. Derek Anderson led Portland with 29 points & Rasheed Wallace had 26 points. Peja Stojakovic had 34 points for Sacramento & Bobby Jackson had 29 points. Brad Miller, Vlade Divac, Bobby Jackson fouled out for the Kings. I don't understand why Sacramento doesn't play Gerald Wallace a lot. That dude can play. I would like to see him go to a team where he would get a lot of playing time cause i'm tired of seeing him sitting the bench.

I'm glad Derek Anderson came back cause Portland needed a shooting guard bad since Bonzi left. Wesley Person is no Bonzi cause all Wesley does is shoot jumpshots. He acts like he's scared to drive to the basket. Derek will take it to the hole & try to draw a foul or dunk. Wesley won't do that.

Zach Randolph has played great all season. LOL@David Wesley. That dude can ball for a 6'2 player. Plus he's strong too. Most guys that are his height aren't built like he is. Cleveland Cavs traded Darius Miles to Portland yesterday for Jeff McInnis & Ruben Boutjme Boutjme. I think this was a bad trade cause the Cavs already have too many point guards. The Cavs got Dajuan Wagner, Kevin Ollie, JR Bremer already.

Yeah Dajuan Wagner has been back with the Cavs about 5 weeks i'm guessing but he hasn't played well. I think the Cavs should trade him also. Portland does have too many forwards. That's why i don't understand why they got Darius Miles. Darius is in a movie coming out soon about these high school kids who steal the answers for the SAT test. I forgot the name of the movie.

Shaq tried to make it in films but has since concentrated on the court because athletes and actors don't necessarily mix well!!

LOL@Shaq's Kazaam & Steel movies hahahahahahahahahahaha. His Blue Chips movie with Nick Nolte & Penny Hardaway i liked. Sacramento lost to Memphis last night 109-95. Memphis is hot. I think they might make the playoffs. Their team is deep. Mike Miller had 27 points, Jason Williams had 25 points, Pau Gasol had 20 points, James Posey had 16 points. James Posey was a good pickup for Memphis from Houston. Stromile Swift is a beast too. He had 4 blocks last night & his dunks are raw. Shane Battier is also a good shot blocker for a shooting guard/small forward.
