Default something kinda? interesting

well, because next weeks episode intriuged me (the whole story line about Jinny) and I went to lifetime to check upcoming episode descriptions and of course there are no specifics only like, "the division investigates...ect" but it lists nancy on the credits, so what do you think, anyone think that Jinny gets suspended or comes out clean?

I think she's gonna walk away clean. I think since Raina was a witness to the shooting, her testimony will help. And I think Cap will fight for her, like she always does. So yeah, I think she'll walk away clean.

Yeah I think she'll get away clean myself. And I have to agree with what some of the others have posted...there better be some Jin/Cap moments! I can't wait to see this!

I wish they would suspend her, at least for a while. Do something real! Let Cap fight for her to get back. Give us some Jin/Cap moments! PLEASE.

I think Raina might struggle clearing Jinny. I think she actually disagreed with Jinny shooting him under the circumstances, because the man could have surrendered or something. Raina has a conscience, it might get to her. I hope it does. Gives tension between the two and makes things interesting.

I hope they suspend her too. That would give us even more classic Jinny and a very pissed off Cap who would really put up a good fight for Jin.

Pretty much all of the odds are against Jinny. Internal Affairs is going to chalk her shooting of Sanchez up to cold hard revenge. They could even call her on premeditation too, because she and Raina were searching for Sanchez and when they found him, Jinny shot him. They will probably think that once Jinny found out that Sanchez killed John Jr., she orchestrated a plan to hunt him down and once she found him, she would taunt him until he got so angry that he pulled his gun on her and she would end up having to shoot him to make it look like self defense. Now, we all know how it really happened. Jinny wanted to find him, yes... but not to kill him. She wanted to find him to have him locked up for murdering her brother, but when she came face to face with Sanchez, all of her anger surfaced and she told him off, and he got upset and damn near shot her but she pulled her trigger faster and ended up shooting and killing him, saving herself from taking a bullet. So that really was self defense, but Jinny doesn't have a good chance because look at her past: Nearly losing her job because of alcoholism, accidentally shooting a fellow police officer. Those events set a precedent for what the consequences of all of her future actions would be.

I'm not sure if Raina will testify in Jinny's defense or not. When they were on the boat with Sanchez and Jinny was telling him off, Raina had the idea that Jinny was going to give him payback for killing her brother. And when she shot him, you could just tell by the expression on Raina's face that she didn't agree with what Jinny did. Raina thought, and probably still thinks, that Jinny shot Sanchez simply because she was out for revenge. Raina believed it was wrong, and I'm not sure if she will be on Jinny's side or not. We'll just have to wait and see.

I can't wait for next week's episode. I have a feeling it will be a good one.

Jinny wasnt' even supposed to be there... that could get Raina into some trouble too.... but I think Raina will stick up for Jinny because facts are: he pulled the gun first.... "2 more milliseconds and we'd both be dead. It was a clean shoot."
