Chrissy's Snore / telephone ring - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Yesterday I saw a Black Letter Day, and in one scene Janet makes fun of Chrissy's snore when she laughs. Im positive that Janet did that same exact snore in 1 or 2 episodes before this episode. Does anybody know when?

Also, in the tag scene of Helens Rendezvous, Jack unhooks a wire in the back of the phone and pretends he's talking to Inga, some girl. How does the phone ring again? I dont know if it was just something about how phones were made and used in the 70s, but it seems to me that it cannot ring, one, when the phone is off the hook, and two, when a wire is detached sneakily by jack.

if anyone knows why this was, thoughts would be apppreciated. By the way this episode was my favorite episode dealing with the ropers.

Janet snorts in "Snow Job" when she is talking to Jack about his coffee!

and about the phone thing w/Jack. I think he presses on the things (don't know the name) to make it not dial the number but then he lets go of it so that the girls won't tell he was just faking it! (i don't know if that makes sense) I am not very good at explaining things!

AND JACK WAS HOLDING DOWN THE TWO THINGS ON THE PHONE AND HE DIALED THE NUMBER AND KEPT HIS HAND ON IT WHILE HE PRETENDED TO TALK. THEN IT RANG. EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE.
