As these episodes go, Diane's appearance is my favorite. However, had you put "Room Service" as the Lilith appearance, my vote would've been different.

I have to say "The Show Where Lilith Comes Back" mostly because we get to see a side of Lilith that we've never seen before. Instead of the emotionless person she was on Cheers, you see that she does have emotions and a whole lot of 'em.

I was forced to say the last one, since it's the only one I've seen. I've read the script to the one when Sam comes. I'd love to see it.

It's from the second season, which is now available on DVD. So if you have forty bucks to blow, it's available to you.
