WAYYYYY back in novemeber we did a trade of perfect strangers tapes. I sent her some and she sent me some. I received them just fine. I went to watch them and the 2nd tape had NO sound whatsoever. I emailed her and asked if I could mail them back to her (along with the first one because my 2 year old recorded over the last 2 one the first tape) so that she could re-record them and ship them back to me. I paid for shipping back to her and offered to pay for shipping back to me, but she said it was not nessesary, and that she would re-record them for me.
Time went by, Finally Chirstmas came and went and I did not receive any tapes back. I emailed her and emailed and emailed her and she was basically ignoreing my emails. I finally got an email from her on the 27th of Dec. and it stated that she was busy and that I cshould understand and that she would mail them out that week.
I have now waited 3 WEEKS and have emailed her and asked if they have been sent and which way she emailed them and if she put delivery confirmation on it. Of course I got NO response, and still no tapes! Now maybe I am wrong and she did send them but via media mail as an attempt to get back at me (for what I dont know because it was her mistake) so they are going to take alot longer to get here.
Never the less weather she mailed them or not, she is a BAD buisness woman, she is rude, she is VERY slow, and the only way i can get her to email me is if I send her 50 emails within an hour. Basically bug her to death. But now she is not even doing that!
NO ONE trade with her!! I hope everyone takes my advise and stays away from here so you do not have to deal with everything that I had to. It is obvious that she has some major issues and she has no buisness doing trades!!!

I noticed that both William's and Pam's websites have been closed down. I doubt he/she will be using these past aliases again, which should make us all leery of where he/she will pop up again.

Do not neglect to use the Reverse White Pages which are a dead give-away... until the Maples/Beaty's move.

50 emails within the hour! Wow that's great so it not just me that does that to bad/slow traders! I just left a looonnng email to some1 i think is ripping me off.I sent my tapes to him in October to be converted! 1st it was fine then his neice says he is on vaction and doesnt know when he will be back or where he went! so inm like why didnt he send b4 he went? right? well the neice doesnt know lol If i knew how old she was i would tell her to go through his stuff and mail them 2 me lol jk.i think she may be a kid so i wont be doing that.

So ok i just thought it was cool you did that 2!
and 4 newbies or whatever. Copy your stuff 1st b4 sending to get them converted or whatever. i didnt!

Pam Maples of Loudon, TN is a big phony! She also goes by loudonslim@hotmail.com. I ordered Gilmore Girls tapes from her in November for $100. She said her husband signed for my check and that she shipped them December 21st. It took for ever for her to even say she did this. I constantly emailed her asking her when she was going to be sending them. She would always say she cannot make it to the post office easily or that she is traveling. Even if she was "traveling," every city has a post office. I emailed her again two weeks ago and she said she did send them and she is not a liar and that she would contact the post office and see what happened and then resend the tapes. I have emailed her several times since and she just ignores the emails. Please don't get suckered by her, she's a huge scam artist! DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!! Months ago, when Pam first contacted me for a trade, I discovered through doing a thorough check by using these Safe Trading Tips that Pam wasn't all that she claimed to be.

At that time, I confronted her with facts that I'd pieced together, and she admitted that they were true; however, she told me that she was separated from her husband, William (loudonslim, notorious bad trader), and she was trying to start fresh by doing her own tape trading. She felt that she ought not be held responsible for her husband's activities and was frustrated that some were lumping her together with him.

Humoring her, I told her that if she wanted to trade with me, she must send first. Of course I never heard from her about a trade.

hey, what can you do? after you know that they have lied and stole and will do it again to someone else. What can you do? report them here. But they can come in another name and ID. I travel full time and I get my tapes shipped to and from all kinds of places and cities. So, I have been burnt in the past few months. Now, in the future I'm going to be really close to the address of a person who burnt me. I'm thinking about seeing if they may be home.lol they probably weren't exspecting that. This person owes me about 60 dollars and 35 tapes worth of stuff.
So, What should I do? let it go and forget it? or knock and find out if he is home? His ID and address has been on this board many times. What would you do?

Tee hee... I guess I'm not the only one that thinks this way. My mother worked for an airline and can fly for just a few bucks, and I've been tempted to have her stop by a certain bad trader's house who lives in Marysville, Washington. We have relatives who live near her, so it is quite feasible.

My mom would do it, too, because once I did the same for her, in a similar situation.

Realistically speaking, doing this would accomplish nothing. Personally, I think the best things we can do to keep bad traders from flourishing are to :

That's so plain disgusting!!! Well, here's the story "he" told me when I confronted her with Jen's infos:

he doesn't know who Pamela is , his name is Paul, he is divorced and has a 6 year old daughter. 5 months back his brother William and his sister in law Samantha lived in the house, now he lives there. Claimed he never got my money *zzzzzz*

In fact, the REAL name of this person is Pamela Maples, LOUDON, TN. Bradshaw Rd. Also one of her aliases modelcarbuilder and lots of others mentioned before.

I was suppose to trade her for 2 tapes of 21 Jumpstreet. I got my tapes done, we had exchanged addresses and when I asked her when she would be sending her's I never got a reply after numerous emails I gave up. I have heard from her one more than one occasion under different names and emails but always the same address in Loudon, TN. I have also seen alot of other posts about her on other sites.

regardless if anyone here give the advice to tell her she would have to send tapes first (which I'm sure she would NEVER do), I'd NEVER EVER buy from a person who ripped off and cheated others for hundreds of dollars!!!!!! what a dumba$$ she is!!!
