Yes, that's right, Nancy McKeon was an extra in this ep, with long hair and freckles. This was before NBc hired her for a main role.

If that is true, then how come it has never come up in any of her interviews before? Not saying that I don't believe you, but it just seems to be too big of a coincidence to have not been mentioned before.

I don't know, I looked again and as far as I could tell it was definitely not her. But I may have been looking at the wrong person. I checked around though, and I don't think she was in it.
