Ever go short on the rent when Terri was there!? I can't remember if they ever did! Like w/Chrissy they said they were short w/the rent like all the time!?!?

Not nearly as often.

I do remember at least one episode (can't remember which now) that they were short on the rent because I remember commenting, "Three people can't come up with the rent and one of them is a nurse?!" A nurse alone should be able to afford rent.

Terri and Janet needed to give Jack the rent money because they thought Angelino put him in debt in Borrowing Trouble. Now they needed rent money.
