There was a 7"8' NBA player named "Manute Bol", who, I think, played for the Washington BULLETS. My question is, how many seasons did he play and why did he retire/leave or whatever?

He wanted to become a celebrity boxer and fight William the Refridgerator Perry on Fox. He did donate the money to charity. He also was going to play in a minor League Hockey game to raise money.

Manute Bol was 7'6 & he weighed a buck 05 hahahahahahahahahahahaha. His legs were skinny as hell LOL. I'm glad he left the NBA. Who cares what happened to him. Remember Gheorge Muresan who used to play for the Washington Bullets? He looked like Eddie Munster LOL. He was very ugly & slow. He could barely run down the court.

Thanks for the info, Sinatrastar. I admire Bol a lot for helping his home country with so much money. Both articles say 7"7', but I read in a basketball book 7"8'. College and NBA tend to exaggerate with height, heh. Like, I've noticed a conflict with Raef LaFrentz being either 6"11' or 7"0', as I've seen both.

Did you all know people that are 6'8"-7'8" live very, very, short lives because their bodies can't take all the height and depth and they don't have enough oxygen in them!!

That's sad. I'm fairly sure I'll never be in that category.
