Default I just came back from seeing a taping of "Who Wants to be a Millionare"

Yeah. They were taping 20 eps here in Orlando at Disney MGM. Just wanted to know if any of you have ever seen a live recording of a game show or better yet, was there anyone here online that saw any tapings throughout the past 4 days here at Disney. Let's hear some replies.

I've never been to a real taping of the show, but I did go to the Who wants to be a millionaire- Play It! thing at MGM. That's not the real show though, it's just for fun. It was a lot of fun, even though I never got into the hot seat (or even close!). I love MGM studios or ALL of Disney World!

I thought they no longer film things at Disney Studios? I didn't even know that show was still on the air, either.

Did you win a bunch if buttons and pins? LOL. They eps I sat in on will air April 6th-9th.

April 8th's show will have a woman on who missed the 4th question. It was an easy but tricky one. I'll give it to you guys and you can try and answer..................

A "tween" is around what age?

a) four years old
b) ten years old
c)fifteen years old
d)25 years old

Let me know what you think the answer is.

That's it! I knew that. But the woman answered "fifteen". You see, to me fifteen would stand in the category of "teens" . Ten is something in between toddler and teen ages.

Shes pretty dumb. A tween is a pre-teen. Thats pretty much common sense,so I thought.

I was born there and go back every chance I get. I was just there the previous week during the holidays. I went to Times Square for New Years. I go 3-4 times per year and will be interning there during the summer for one of the major production companies.

I felt so bad for her. It's not as easy when you are in the hot seat. However I thought she should have gotten that question right. No one left with more than 64,000 thou. One guy from NYC left with only $8,000. The woman who missed that "tween" question left with nothing I think or $100.

Millionaire airs in the daytime in syndication. It is half-hour episodes with Meredith Viera. It varies by TV market. It's nowhere near as good as the Regis episodes.

Exactly. I never heard the phrase "tween" used when I was a preteen (that was like 95-98, right before I turned 13), but when I first started hearing it...I just knew.

Well...wait, you can't leave with $100. You have to get to $1000 and get that question correct to leave with anything if you keep going. (You can stop and take the money at anytime actually, but the lowest that I have ever seen is someone walk away at an $8000 question. (She left with $4000)
