so what really happened to judy winslow???, her absence was never explained on the show, i think she was written out to where she didnt exist and the family had 2 kids instead of 3,

this is a big mystery

She was cut due to budget cuts.

That's a stupid reason to get rid of a main character when they kept hiring all these silly minor characters that took the show down hill, LIKE WALDO!!

Budget cuts I don't think so when they got after she was forced off the show Weasle, Mira(steve's girlrifend), Maxine, Richies best friend can't remember his name.
