Default Something odd about "And Mother Makes Four"

When Jack and the taxi driver are walking up to apartment 201 with Jack's luggage look towards the right of the screen...

You'll notice some guy in white (looks kinda like a chef) and he's doing something outside on the set and making a bunch of noise. I don't know if this is a blooper or they intended for it to take place, but I don't see the point if it were intended since you can't even tell what's going on. You need to watch very closely because the palm tree sort of obstructs the view. Has anyone else noticed this?

Default Something Odd...

I've been thinking about this for the last day or so and I've came to the conclusion that...

The guy in white was probabley setting up the stage for rain. If you notice later on in the episode......it's raining outside. So he was probabley a crew member and he was setting up a temporary drainage system for the rain water to collect.

Yeah you are probably right. I forgot that Jack was out in the rain later in the episode.

I haven't check my dvd for the person! But by how Grade4 described him to me, I think its someone from production like one of the NRW people! B/c in the bloopers the cast pies a guy that sounds like it's the same person!!! I am just guessing! I am not sure!
