This was tough and i was able to narrow it down to George Jefferson/Archie Bunker and Al Bundy/Steve Rhoades. I think I will leave at that. These are the best interacrions between two sitcom characters.

I'd say between Skippy Handleman and Mallory Keaton. While "feelings" between the two weren't the same, it was interesting to watch, and see if in the end something would change. That didn't happen, but it was memorable nonetheless.
