Talking Cheers Season 2 DVD

Well finally, the day came. So far Ive only watched the special features...they are so awesome. The bloopers are hilarious and the interviews with George Rhea and Ted are great. If you look closely I think Wendt is tearing up when he talks about his relationship with John Ratzenberger. This is just amazing, im gonna go start watching it soon............whats everyones take on it?

Ive watched the entire first disc.
Ive seen half of those 6 episodes.... but the other 3 were just as good.
"Sumner's Return" was great to finally see.
Im not going to go out of order though.

Uhhh I LOOOOOVE!! Sumner's return!!

They are so cute in the beginning with their water gun fight! And then Sammy Reads War and Peace in like a week (ok i've gotten through the first book...and it took me like a summer....but I procrastinate) which If ANY guy read War and Peace for me I think I'd marry him on the spot. haha and I love this line:

Sam: What time is it ?
Norm: Cliff, How many beers have I had?
Cliff: (I think says) 11
Norm: 8:07 (i'm not sure about the time either)

haha and at the end when Sam goes "THERE'S a movie???"

I WANT THE DVD!!@

I GOT MY SEASON 2 DVD YESTERDAY AND IT ROCKS.

Lemme tell you an interesting story of how I got it...

I bought it at Suncoast...But listen! I have the Replay card for that store, and I had just gotten it last month, so they sent me a $15 gift certificate in the mail for being a member of their Replay club...I went in yesterday, armed with my checkbook, my Replay card and the $15 GC. I found the Season 2 DVD - it was the last one! - and it was $50. I went to the register, plunked it down, took out my card...the man ran it through...that knocked a few dollars off...Took my $15 GC, knocked off $15, and after he was done, I only had to pay 26 something dollars for it! Nearly ten dollars cheaper than if I had gotten it at Target!

I watched half of the 1st disc so far, I LOVE IT, and I'm looking forward to the 3rd season release

Random comment: Obviously I loved the DVD and I especially liked the bloopers. One thing about them I found really interesting--we've had the conversation before about the Cheers E! True Hollywood Story where they repeatedly talked about how the entire cast hated Shelley Long and whether or not that was true. I noticed in the bloopers that it didn't seem like that was the case at all. Even my room mates (who are not obsessed with Cheers but have seen the THS) commented on it. I guess you could argue that Paramount would clearly pick the clips where everyone was happy, but still, it seemed like a great dynamic between everyone on the set. Maybe THS was too harsh. . . .

the bloopers are hilarious.
definately better than Season 1.

but did anybody else notice that on the back cover it says "welcome to BLANK - the Emmy Award Winning Series...."

i thought that was VERY weird.
it doesnt say "BLANK" but the word "Cheers" wasnt put in.
And its obviously missing.

Ive noticed that a lot of the Season 2 episodes are "revisiting" the guest characters from Season 1.
