stand for in Edith's middle name?

I always thought she was "Edith BAINES Bunker." I don't recall her having a middle name starting with a "J." Anyone?

What episode is the middle initial "J" used, then? There seems to be a concensus in this thread that any middle name used (her HS reunion for example) was BAINES which is her maiden name. And I only recall THAT episode as giving her a "middle name".
