If so what is your favorite HAMMER title? Mine would have to be "Horror of Dracula".
Also does anyone on here know where I could find a HAMMER (horror films) shirt at? Massive thanks for any information!!! |

Hammer horror films are kind of gothic. With the drabby settings...grey bleak skies, old castles, and they liked to show the ladies. Three of their biggest stars are: Christopher Lee (who is also in "Sleepy Hollow" & "Lord of the Rings") Peter Cushing (who is in a lot of the old "Star Wars" movies) Ingrid Pitt (I think she was a model or something in the '60's & in 1998 she worked with Cradle of Filth on their "Cruelty and the Beast" album.) |

I pretty much love 'em all but Dracula - Prince of Darkness is my favorite!
As for a Hammer t-shirt, you might want to try www.hammerfilms.com . Good luck.

I've never seen a Hammer Horror film- which is surprising, cos in the UK they're still popular, I've been meaning to find a few to watch (my video store only has the tv series episodes on tape)- some are meant to be really scary. Christopher Lee's apparently made more films than any other actor (english speaking I think)- Hammer Horror made lots of films all at once, an awful lot of them were set in the rocky horror castle 'oakley court'. I heard they're thinking of reviving Hammer Horror and making a film. I've never seen the films- but if Christopher Lee isn't used they shouldn't bother.
