Exclamation Just in: Carolina still scoring- and Quincy Carter still thinks he has a job

In an unprecedented maneuver the Carolina Panthers have just scored an additional 48 points since time has expired.

Jake Delhomme admits it is a little unprofessional, but hey it's not like Dallas even tried tonight.

"Hey, they might as well have taken moldy cheese and put in their jocks because they were seriously stinkin' up the joint. "

Delhomme also admits Carolina thought about scoring during half time.

"I thought that the Cowboy fans might save a couple hours of their lives by changing the channel if we just went out there and ran a couple plays during the half. I mean what would have been the difference if their defense was there?"

Though he did credit the Dallas defense for their two goal line stances, he questioned the Dallas offense and their right to be in the playoffs.

"I think John Quincy Adams could have played better than Quincy Carter tonight. Though it might be serious contest between Hoover and Quincy Carter at who sucks best. And I'm not talking about President Hoover."

Dallas fans had high expectations and felt that Carolina presented a reasonable chance at victory. There were some hard words for the Cowboys afterward.

Richie Anderson, a Parcells staple, was referred to as "Momentum Killer" and "Christ, is he on the take?"

And as for Carter, one Cowboy fan noted he should "Make himself scarce" and another, "Don't worry about moving your stuff, you'll have plenty of help."

Though it has been reported that Bill Parcells and Jerry Jones
are not looking for a new quarterback or running back, it is widely expected that the Cowboys will take a serious look at upgrades in the off season.

No crap.

When Dallas is losing on the road, Carter falls apart.

It really was miraculous that they got as far as they did and I'm looking forward to next season.

The rest of the NFL should be a little worried if Dallas gets a decent running back or quarterback.

Look at what they did with the two mediocre guys they had.

Though not a Cowboys fan, I think Parcells has given them a lot of potential since they made it this far and will only get even better if Jerry Jones and Parcells don't "kill" each other first!!

It's so hard to read Parcells at times, you never really know what he is thinking. And you know for sure he is telling his players whatever it takes to win even if he had to tell Carter he was his guy.

But rest assured he will do whatever he can to get the best players at qb and rb without compromising the rest of the team.

He's no dummy, and he knows he exceeded even his own expectations. Look for some serious moves.

they need a better offensive line...
a real threat in the backfield....(runningback)

quincy is mobile ...but if he is all the defense has to worry about then its a wrap.

Yeah, and that QB for Baltimore, Anthony Wright, played for Dallas.

Wright wasn't nearly as bad as Carter.

And somebody tell me if I'm crazy or is Quincy Carter's tongue too big for his mouth.
