The thread was closed because the poster was talking about crimes that he or she committed and stated that the cops were looking for the persons responsible.

They didn't toilet paper someone's yard. They attempted or even destroyed State property. That's a serious crime.
This isn't the place to come to for any kind of advice regarding illegal activity.

It's not the wisest thing to do either. Someone could contact the Arkansas authorities, and they could possibly be traced through their e:mail account.
