I heard that song on the radio, it was by Regina Belle who did the original version and the other one by Oleta Adams.

Actually, it was originally done by Brenda Russell. Oleta Adams did the first real popular version, Regina Belle's version came later.

Oleta Adams had the version that was a really big hit, it went to #5 in early 1991, it was seen as a "Gulf War" song
