Default "YMCA"...if john was still alive.......

hey everyone i was just reading a post on an upcoming episode of 8SR. It was titled YMCA. when i was on this website:http://8simplerules.tvheaven.com

it listed episodes of 8SR that would have been coming out if John Ritter hadn't died and one of them was titled "YMCA"

do you think that the YMCA episode that is going ot come out was the same one that John Ritter would have been in. There mentions a part where James Garner's character punches a man for making comments about Bridget..maybe that was what John Ritter's character was supposed to do and they plot line sounds interesting so maybe they used the episode and just filled in James Garner instead of John. what do you guys think???

That does seem something that Paul would do rather than Jim. That's probably one of the reasons Jim is there in the first place, to do all the tings Paul would have done if he were still alive. Otherwise, it would get weird, if Cate just kept talking to herself, while the kids all interact with eachother.

As for your other thread about no one posting, I know what that feels like. Sometimes I'll post something and everyday I'll check it. And it gets upsetting when no one responds.

Default YMCA

They could have given Paul's lines to Jim, but maybe they changed them a bit so it would be more fitting for Jim to say. Also, I know that it was listed that YMCA would have been the name of one of the episodes if John hadn't passed away, but the script for it with John might not have been written before he died.

After seeing the episode, I really think it was possible that those lines could have been Paul's. ( If it was written before John passed away.) The plot sounds like something he would do. The lines of couse would have been changed just a little to be more fitting for Jim to say-- or for the others to say to Jim.
