In the new movie House of Sand and Fog, Jennifer Connelly looks and acts a lot like Jinny. She could be her stand-in any time.

My mom's dying to see this movie. She has the book and she's so excited to see it (though she read only a chapter in the book). So, I'll be seeing it soon. I'll be looking forward to seeing Jennifer Connelly in it.

Just because Jennifer Connally has the same temper as Jinny and the same hair and eye colors as Nancy McKeon doesn't mean that she could temporarely replace Nancy McKeon while Nancy has the baby. It's just not politically right. Now Jennifer Connally could temporarely be Nancy's stunt double.

...I don't think she was saying that Jennifer should stand in for Nancy. Just that she could.
