IMO, this was the last great recurring skit on the show, and with Will Ferrell now gone, I don't tune in as much. I just wish that they had put all 10 Jeopardy skits on "The Best Of Will Ferrell" DVD, as opposed to alot of forgettable one-time skits. Is there anyone else here who liked these series of skits?

yeah theywere usually the best skits on the show. Hammond and Ferrell had great chemistry and Norm as Burt Reynolds, sorry as Turd Ferguson, was terrific.

Yeah, I loved those. The cast was always dead on with the impressions, it was awesome
I really like Darrell Hammond as Sean Connery, too.

maybe (hopefully) if ferrell comes back as a host or something, they'll do another celebrity jeopardy skit.

A lot of these "Celebrity Jeopardy!" skits from SNL is from Kazaa Lite or on Comedy Central. I love to see that skit someday.

These are hillarious! My favorite is the Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, and Sean Connery Celebrity Jeopardy!, it's really funny.

Those Celeb J! skits make me ROTFL! My big fave is with French Stewart (Jimmy Fallon), Burt Reynolds aka Turd Ferguson (Norm McDonald), and Sean Connery (Darrel Hammond)! Reynolds chooses "Ape Tit for $400". The category is actually "A Petit Dejeuner". In Final Jeopardy when Alex Trebek (Will Ferrel) wants the celebs to give him any number, Connery writes "V" and his wager turns out to be "Suck it Trebek!".
What else is funny is with Tom Cruise (Ben Stiller), Adam Sandler (Jimmy Fallon), and of course, Mr. Connery! (Hammond). If the category is "Famous Titles", Connery says "I'll take "Famous Titties" for $400!" and the answer is "This movie was based on the book "Gone With the Wind", and Connery responds "Who is Dolly Parton?" "Titles Mr. Connery, not "Titties!" says Trebek! In Final Jeopardy, the category is "Where Are You Now?" and Connery comes up with "Indoors", then his wager is "I <heart> boobs!" |

Classic SNL. I put all of them on one videocassette, in chronological order.

Glad to see there are still fans of this great series of skits. My favorite (though it's hard to narrow it down), is the one with Connery (Hammond), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Lucy Liu), and Robin Williams (Jimmy Fallon). Ferrell's Trebek simply loses it in this one, due to Fallon's Williams constantly buzzing in to do his comedy act. The intentionally mispronounced category in this one is "An Album Cover," said by Connery as "Anal Bum Cover," and it ends with Trebek telling everyone to "Write their own question and answer it."

My fave is either Sandler, Cruise, Connery (Abbie Doobie!) or Stewart, Reynolds, Connery (the Turd Ferguson one).
Although David Duchovny's Jeff Goldblum is classic. "A ha, a ha, the letter two, my friend!" |
