Which episode features Ellen with her water cooler and trying to change it?

I remember it vaguley and I'd love to know which particular episode it is.

It was one from the first season I believe. I didn't watch through half of the second and all of the third seasons, so it had to be in the first half of the second or first.

I know it was in season one, becuase she had her season 1 hairdo. I can't remember exactly which episode it was but here's a list of all the episodes in that first season. It's one of these:

The "water cooler" bit is part of the "cold open" (that is, the scene before the opening credits) in Season 1, Episode 6 -- "The Hand That Robs the Cradle."

Per Wikipedia, it aired on April 27, 1994 and was written by Mark Driscoll and directed by Andrew D. Weyman.

You can probably find it online. (I did)
