Boxing day sure is an appropriate name, you box the OTHER customers in all the stores hoping to score some bargains! They hire guards,a nd some people wait for hours in line to get something half off or better, some things are unbelievable but there are so few of them that people push and shove their way to bargains, as depicted many times on Lucy shows over the years. LOL!

There were stories on the news about people being in queues from 3am on Boxing Day morning for the sales! What's wrong with these people?! What can be worth that?! I made it into the HMV sale today (CDs and DVDs, so it was worth having a look!) but I got out pretty damn quick. Half the population of Southern England appeared to be congregated around the paying counter, and the other half were elbowing each other around the aisles! Insane.
