2. 99 (Get Smart)
3. A. C. Slater (Saved By The Bell)
4. Tommy Strong (Martin)
5. Uncle Phil (Fresh Prince)

I'd have to go with Jerry Seinfeld as himself, and also either of Bob Newhart's characters from his seventies and eighties sitcoms.
